Ms. Billie Turmenne, President. Senior Executive Service, Retired. Over 40 years’ experience managing organizations of over 1,200 employees. Managed and directed service and manufacturing contracts; Requirements Development; Supply Chain Management; New Equipment Training; Training Device Development; Property/Warehouse Management; Inventory Control; Facilities Engineering; Logistics Support Analysis & Readiness Analysis; and all 12 Integrated Product Support Elements. Directed Army projects involving both National and unit level logistics. Developed and managed Army and Joint Service logistics policy related to supply, maintenance, contingency planning, transportation and major item distribution. Served as Director of the Army Materiel Command Logistics Support Activity; Assistant for Supply to the U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics; Deputy Program Manager and Co-Production Manager for Stinger and Avenger missile systems. As a result of Ms. Turmenne’s leadership ELEIT has received exceptional ratings (the highest rating) on the Government’s Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System. She Lead ELEIT to the 2008 8(a) Small Business of the Year; and Recipient of the Veteran’s Administration Small Business of the Year.

Mr. James Trent, Executive Vice President. Retired US Army Combat Experienced Leader with over 22 years of experience holding several senior key positions within the Aviation Community, to include TRADOC, United States Army Aviation Logistics School, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and various other assignments.  He has also served in various leadership and management positions for over 12 years within the Defense Industry. He has provided senior management and leadership on multiple contracts for various customers to include US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, US Marine Corps, National Guard Bureau, US Army Reserves, Security Assistance Management Directorate, Transportation Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.

Ms. Pam Crook, Contracts Manager. Certified Professional Contract Manager with over 20 years of experience. She supervises full contract life cycle for prime contracts and subcontracts. She administers numerous types of DoD contracts and subcontracts including time and material, fixed price, cost reimbursement, and ID/IQ multiple award task orders varying from small simple orders to large task ordering efforts. Ms. Crook has provided contractual expertise assisting with analyzing various complex contracting issues and risk assessments. Ms. Crook holds a BA in Business Administration and a BBA in Accounting.
