Ms. Tracey Ragsdale, President. Tracey Ragsdale officially joined ELEIT as Chief Operating Officer in 2021, bringing with her a remarkable legacy of service that dates back to the company’s founding in 1997. For over two decades, she has provided essential accounting and financial expertise, playing a pivotal role in shaping ELEIT’s operations, contract management, and fiscal strategy. Her deep institutional knowledge and hands-on experience across all facets of the business now guide her leadership as President. With a clear strategic vision, Tracey drives the evolution and expansion of ELEIT’s professional services and solutions in support of U.S. Government clients. 

​​​​​​​Mr. James Trent, Executive Vice President. Retired US Army Combat Experienced Leader with over 22 years of experience holding several senior key positions within the Aviation Community, to include TRADOC, United States Army Aviation Logistics School, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and various other assignments.  He has also served in various leadership and management positions for over 12 years within the Defense Industry. He has provided senior management and leadership on multiple contracts for various customers to include US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, US Marine Corps, National Guard Bureau, US Army Reserves, Security Assistance Management Directorate, Transportation Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.

​​​​​​​Ms. Brandi Handley, Human Resources Manager. Ms. Handley has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources Administration with a focus in benefits administration, staffing, compliance, employee relations. Ms. Handley has provided Human Resources support in many small and large contracting organizations throughout her career. Ms. Handley joined ELEIT Technology, Inc. in 2019 as Human Resources Manager. Ms. Handley holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama.
